10. Return and Exchange Policy

At Lyvvy Art Studio, your satisfaction is our top priority. Here’s how we ensure a smooth return and exchange process:

• 30-Day Return Policy: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

• Complimentary Exchanges: We offer free exchanges for any items that arrive damaged. If your artwork arrives in less than perfect condition, we apologize sincerely. Please send us a message with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will take care of the rest with the courier company and ship a replacement within a few days.
